Complaint Rules

Penalty Application:

Penalties will only be applied to serious (severe) profanity and insults that involve familial values (e.g., any insults or profanity that include references to one's mother, father, etc.). Penalties will start with a 24-hour mute (silence), and the penalty duration will double with each profanity complaint. Examples:

  • The penalty for the first offense is a 24-hour mute.
  • The penalty for the second offense is a 48-hour mute.
  • The penalty for the third offense is a 96-hour mute.
  • The penalty for the fourth offense is a 192-hour mute.

The duration will continue to increase with each offense.

NOTE: All past penalties can be reset using an NCS (Name Change Scroll). (This does not end any active penalties immediately but only clears past penalties.)

 

 

Chat Block Feature:

With the "Chat Block" feature offered by our game, you can block players who annoy, harass, provoke, or incite you, preventing them from reaching you.

To access the Chat Block feature, you can follow the GIF image after opening the menu with the "H" key in the game.

  • Only screenshots taken from within the game will be accepted for the evaluation of complaints.
  • The entire game screen must be visible in the submitted screenshots; there should be no cropping, editing, or manipulation.
  • Photos taken from phones will not be processed.
  • When opening forum topics, do not use messages containing insults, profanity, etc., that may harm the honor of others. (The topic will be deleted, and the person who posted it will be penalized.)
  • Do not engage in arguments with other players in the forum topic you open. (Wait for the officials to review it.)
  • Creating a ticket after opening a topic will NOT SPEED UP THE PROCESS!!!
  • The incident you are reporting must have occurred within the last week. Due to the statute of limitations, no action will be taken on incidents that are older than one week.
  • You are solely responsible for any messages you write. Forum Administrators assume no responsibility in this regard. Messages that do not comply with forum rules will be deleted without any distinction.
  • When writing messages on the forum, please try to write them within the forum rules; otherwise, your messages will be deleted without any warning.

Complaint topics opened in the forum will be reviewed and resolved within 24 hours.
